Pricing and Timesheet Policy Changes – 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

We hope this message finds you well. We’re excited to share some important updates regarding our services, effective January 1, 2024.

1. Enhancements to Our Services: As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible service, we are implementing some enhancements to our service offerings.

2. Timesheet Policy Improvements: We’ve reviewed and updated our timesheet policies to better serve your needs:

Rounding: Time entries will be rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes when billing clients. This ensures fairness and accuracy in our billing process.

  • Example: Session 1: 2 hours and 25 minutes
    • Rounded up to 2 hours and 30 minutes
  • Session 2: 3 hours and 42 minutes
    • Rounded up to 3 hours and 45 minutes
  • Session 3: 1 hour and 18 minutes
    • Rounded up to 1 hour and 20 minutes

Cancellation Policy: Clients are allowed up to two last-minute cancellations per month without incurring additional charges. For the third and subsequent last-minute cancellations in the same month, 50% of the planned time will be charged, regardless of the session duration.

    • Example: Session scheduled: 3 hours
    • First cancellation (within 2 hours notice): No charges apply.
    • Second cancellation (within 2 hours notice): No charges apply.
    • Third cancellation (within 2 hours notice, same month): 50% of the planned 3-hour session, i.e., 1.5 hours, will be charged.

Validity of Policy Changes: The aforementioned policy changes will be valid starting January 1, 2024, and will be subject to revision as necessary. Any revisions will be communicated to our customers with a minimum notice period of 1 month in advance.
